Company
It began with one kid's crazy dream to save his pet cat.
Noah grew from Cryopets, the team working to give every pet, and eventually every person, a chance to overcome death.
Meet the team
The cryonauts behind Noah Cryotechnology, Cryopets, and their pets.

Kai Micah Mills
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Serial entrepreneur and Thiel Fellow who founded CryoDAO and HydraDAO, funding millions of dollars of moonshot cryopreservation and replacement research. Kai dropped out of high school at 14 and sold his first company at 16. He started Cryopets to give his cat Atlas, and every pet, a chance to overcome death, and founded Noah Cryotechnology to advance whole-organism cryopreservation for pets and beyond.

Chana Phaedra
Chief Scientific Officer
Long-time cryobiology and neuroscience researcher; former researcher at Alcor and Director at the Institute for Evidence Based Cryonics. She led Advanced Neural Biosciences for over a decade and now drives scientific strategy and protocols at Noah Cryotechnology. She holds an M.S. in cognition and neuroscience from UT Dallas and a B.S. in psychology from the University of North Texas.

Hyrum Wolf
Head of Growth
Led marketing and content for the CryoRat and HydraDAO fundraises before joining as the first hire to scale growth and operations at Cryopets and Noah. The handsome fellow you see in all of the Cryopets advertisements. Previously worked in the medical field as a laboratory and sterilization technician.

Jake Beebe
Head of Engineering
Licensed electrician with over a decade of experience building hospitals, homes, and infrastructure. Now applying that hands-on expertise to perfusion systems, ambulances, and field equipment at Cryopets and Noah.

Austin Lynch
Head of Member Care
Co-founded HydraDAO and serves as a steward at CryoDAO; his dog Datsyuk was the first pet cryopreserved at Cryopets. He leads member care at Noah, bringing lived experience and compassion from his years as a licensed associate alcohol-drug counselor (MAADC II).

Apryl Bromm
Community Manager
Community manager for Cryopets and Noah, with experience running large online communities; she is AHA-certified in CPR and keeps the community connected, informed, and supported.

Values
Values from Cosmism
Noah's mission grows out of Cosmism: a philosophy that treats death as a solvable problem and the cosmos as humanity's rightful home.
The Common Task
Nikolai Fyodorov called it the Common Task: the shared project of all humanity to regulate the forces of nature, defeat death, and resurrect those who came before us through reason, science, and collective effort.
Fyodorov argued that mortality is the deepest fracture in human life, and that only a universal purpose could unite people across nations, generations, and creeds. Cosmism carries that vision forward: making death optional through science, bringing back the dead through technology, and expanding into space to make room for everyone who will be brought back. At Noah, cryopreservation is our contribution to that task: rigorous engineering in service of a goal bigger than any one company or career.
Immortalism
Immortality is a duty to save humanity, not a private wish. It is a physical goal to be won through science, engineering, and relentless work against the limits of biology.
Interplanetarism
Earth alone will not be enough. Cosmism holds that as life extends and the dead are brought back, humanity must spread beyond one planet: settling new worlds, building toward the stars, and carrying civilization into the cosmos.
Resurrection
The dead are not gone. Cosmism calls for the physical return of ancestors through future science, treating every person who lived as someone worth bringing back, not a loss to accept.
Regulation of nature
Nature is not a fixed order to endure passively. Cosmism seeks to regulate its forces, transform decay, and reshape the conditions of life so that death no longer rules by default.
Collective purpose
The work belongs to everyone. Fyodorov wrote of acting not for oneself alone, but with everyone and for everyone: a shared telos that transcends nationality, wealth, and private ambition.
Love of all life
Cosmism widens the moral circle beyond humanity alone. Defeating death is a duty we owe to every living being: people, pets, and animals, not just ourselves.
